How does it work?
If you’re interested in signing up for mixed studios or courses, an instructor must assess what your needs are and determine the best option to get you started.
Please fill our Application form and we will get in touch with you within 5 business days.
Is there a maximum number of students per open studio? Is there a wait list?
Yes, 6 person maximum of students per course and mixed studio sessions.

Do I need to bring my own art supplies?
For our atelier courses, the instructor will provide list of supplies for students to bring prior to class.For Open Studio, most necessary supplies are provided. If you’d like to bring your own materials, you’re welcome to do so. Just let us know if you have any questions or need guidance about what to bring.

What is your cancellation policy for courses?
Cancellations must be made at least 10 business days in advance for a full-refund. No-shows or cancellations made less than 10 days before the scheduled course start date will not be eligible for a refund or credit.What is your make-up policy?
If you provide at least 24 hours in advance to reschedule, then you may schedule up to 2 make-up sessions during the duration of the course. After the last session date the missed session cannot be credited or made up.Are payments refundable if I stop attending?
All payments are non-refundable, including tuition for ongoing courses. We appreciate your understanding. -
Why do I need instructor approval prior to booking for Mixed Studio sessions?
Our Mixed Studio sessions are reserved for intermediate and advanced students who already have a solid foundation in drawing and painting. To maintain a supportive and productive environment for all participants, we require instructor approval before enrollment.How do I purchase and book for my Mixed Studio sessions?
Visit our scheduling site to purchase our Mixed Studio package of choice. Once you purchase a package, you’ll be able to redeem by proceeding to book a Mixed Studio - 1 session and select your preferred slot(s).Do my Mixed Studio Session credits expire?
Yes, all Mixed Studio Session credits remain valid for up to 90 days from the date of your first session.Are your Mixed Studio Session packages refundable?
All Mixed Studio Session payments are non-refundable, and all credits must be used within the 90-day validity period.What is your make up policy for Mixed Studio Session?
If you cancel at least 24 hours before a session, you may reschedule and keep your Mixed Studio credit. No-shows or cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled Mixed Studio Session will not be eligible for a refund or credit.If I am running late, may I stay longer for the full 2-hr session?
We appreciate students arriving on time to make the most of their session. While we’ll do our best to accommodate you, we cannot guarantee the full 2-hour duration if you arrive late, as we must stay on schedule for upcoming sessions and courses. -
Can I do a demo for a course?
Unfortunately, no. All of our courses are structured as a progressive series of classes, with each session building upon the last. For this reason, it's important to join from the start.I want to sign up for a course, but I have to wait until the next course series starts. May I try out Mixed Studio until then?
Yes! For first time visitors only, we offer one 2-hr introduction visit for $65 during one of our Mixed Studio sessions.Can I bring a friend to a course or mixed studio?
No, our courses and mixed studio sessions are reserved for registered students only. Your guest(s) will need to fill out our application form and register for a course or workshop per instructor approval.Do you allow drop-in classes?
We do not offer drop-ins. Our classes are designed to provide consistent, focused instruction, and we want to ensure every student receives the attention they need. Please contact us to enroll in our course and/or mixed studio sessions.
Are you accepting students younger than 18 years of age?
At this time, we are not accepting students younger than 18 years of age. To ensure we can provide the best possible experience and instruction, we’re currently focusing on nurturing an adult learning environment. -
What is your Lost & Found Policy?
Hannah’s Art Place is not responsible for any lost, misplaced, or stolen items. Any items left behind will be placed in our designated Lost & Found bin, which is cleared out monthly. If you believe you’ve left something behind, please contact us as soon as possible and we’ll be happy to check for you.What happens if someone gets injured during class?
By enrolling, students and their parents or legal guardians agree not to hold Hannah’s Art Place liable for any injuries that may occur before, during, or after class activities.Do you take photos or videos of students?
Yes. By attending classes, students (and their guardians if under 18) grant permission to photograph or film students and their artwork. These materials may be used for promotional purposes, such as our website, social media, or flyers.
