So refreshing and wonderful to take classes from somebody super kind and supportive and just so great at communicating and teaching the techniques of the old masters in a modern setting.

The open studio format is amazing as you can get to witness others journey and also learn along with them.

I was looking for a new hobby about 2 years ago, and totally fell in love with oil painting thanks to Hannah's guidance and inspiration. She's really good at teaching her students the technical aspects of painting while also nurturing our artistic visions and styles.

I've taken classes with Hannah before, and she's not only a gifted artist herself, but the most amazing and patient teacher. This studio is a gem! The space is awesome, and the community is even better.

Hannah is super-friendly, welcoming and a very talented artist who understands her art and knows how to articulate it to help her students actually learn and understand how to approach art, how light works and how to truly build skill as an artist.

Over the past year, my figure drawing skills have improved significantly as an adult beginner. I never thought I'd feel proud of my own art, but I do now.
